Our parish is made up of three churches – Christ the King in Evander, Holy Family in Secunda, and Holy Trinity in Kinross – and serves the spiritual needs of the local community through a range of programs and ministries. We are committed to fostering a deep and abiding relationship with God, serving our community, and spreading the Gospel message to all who will hear it.

Rev. Fr. Anthony Ikeji (CSSp)
Our Resident Priest
Rev. Fr. Anthony Ikeji (CSSp) is the resident priest at the Parish of Evander. He has been faithfully serving our community for over 5 years and is a beloved and respected member of our congregation. Father Anthony is renowned for his deep commitment to his faith, his compassionate and caring nature, and his remarkable ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Rev. Fr. Anthony Ikeji was ordained as a priest at the Holy Ghost Novitiate Amomama in Imo State, Nigeria, and is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he completed his studies in 2006. Additionally, he pursued theology at the Spritan International School of Theology. Father Anthony’s gifts as a preacher and teacher are evident, and he is truly passionate about helping others deepen their faith and understanding of the Gospel message.
Beyond his role as a priest, Father Anthony actively involves himself in the local community. He volunteers his time with various organizations, including the local hospice, and frequently visits the sick and elderly, bringing them comfort and companionship. Moreover, he engages in interfaith dialogue and outreach, tirelessly working to build bridges between different religious communities in the area.
At the Parish of Evander, Father Anthony’s warm and welcoming personality shines brightly, fostering a supportive and inclusive community. He is always available to meet with members of the congregation, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to guiding others on their spiritual journeys. Many find his leadership and guidance inspiring, and his presence in the parish is profoundly valued and appreciated.
